byBiehl is a Danish jewelry company that makes sophisticated, feminine, timeless and personal jewelry. Furthermore, byBiehl produces all their jewelry in 100% recycled gold and silver, with sustainability being a very important priority.
After completing our analytics data & qualitative research, we noticed on the product pages clickmaps that the add-to-cart button recorded only 9.01% clicks.
The heatmap showed us that only the gallery, product title and price fit in the above-the-fold area.
By adding a sticky add-to-cart button on mobile product pages, we can make sure users can easily find it no matter where they scroll and continue down the sales funnel.
Our goal was to ease the user journey, to increase the add-to-cart rate and subsequently the overall conversion rate.
The test won on all metrics with a confidence rate of 97%.
