With over 2 million customers worldwide and still counting, Fit Tea is considered to be the #1 selling detox tea in the world.
Since its launch in 2013, the brand enjoyed a lot of attention from influencers and consumers. Michael Gonzalez, founder of Fit Tea is one of the first business owners to lay out the basis of influencer marketing.
Even so, we felt that the website could definitely benefit from improvements and this is where our contribution lies.
Our homepage redesign was launched as an A/B and has generated outstanding results.
How we did it
- Defining the Target Audience (Analytics Data & Qualitative Research)
- Analysing heatmaps and scrollmaps to understand the user interactions on the website.
- Running unmoderated user testing to identify users' doubts and objections to the products.
